This major development for the Prudential Corporation included: restoration of its frontal listed facade, shell and core refurbishment of other retained buildings, also featuring listed facades, and demolition and redevelopment of the remainder of the site. The company has been involved in the construction of several major insurance company buildings for clients including The Pearl, General Accident, Sun Alliance and Standard Life.
