Chetham’s School of Music Concert Hall Fit-Out and the Maggie’s at the Robert Parfett Building, both in Manchester, are in contention in the Building Project of the Year (up to £10m) category, while City of Glasgow College City Campus and Victoria Gate Leeds will be among those battling it out to be named Major Building Project of the Year (over £50m).

In addition, Glasgow Learning Quarter: A Socio-Economic, Placemaking & Academic Impact Evaluation applied on City of Glasgow College has been shortlisted in the Community Engagement Initiative of the Year category.

Now in their 30th year, The British Construction Industry Awards seek to recognise and reward excellence in project delivery, design, construction and, crucially, delivering outcomes for society.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on 11 October at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
