This new headquarters enabled the Strategic Health Authority to amalgamate staff from offices across the North East.
General Information
The North East Strategic Health Authority Headquarters in Newcastle provides 4,000m2 of high quality office accommodation for 265 personnel.
The project involved the fit out of three floors and included complex audio visual and IT installation.
Work also included M&E alterations and new installations, delivery of all internal finishes, specialist bespoke joinery, and construction of seminar rooms, training facilities, offices, a café and break-out spaces.

A ProCure 21 development, the project was delivered by Integrated Health Projects, our joint venture with Vinci Construction UK.
With the building part-occupied by an existing tenant, close liaison was established and maintained throughout to ensure minimum disturbance to its operations.
