De Vere Gardens will provide 97 luxury apartments in the prestigious Kensington district of London.
Located on the site of the former Kensington Park and Kensington Palace Thistle hotels, the scheme will provide two new seven-storey buildings, both with a penthouse suite, and one five-storey block incorporating retained façades.
Fitness and leisure amenities will include a 22m lap pool and spa, family rooms and entertainment facilities.

Our in-house Design Group designed the extensive temporary works required for the 55,000m3 excavation and the formation of the basement levels.
With the site incorporating two retained Grade 2 Listed façades and three fully occupied townhouses, an innovative, automated movement monitoring system was also installed to cover the existing structures.
Our site team has implemented a host of initiatives to reduce the impact of our operations on our neighbours, working closely with the local authority to agree methods of work and plant used, and monitoring noise, vibration and dust levels.
Higher than standard hoardings have been installed to maintain privacy to an adjoining residential courtyard area, while under a compromise agreed with our neighbours, the temporary hoardings for the site’s four loading bays are removed every evening to allow for residential parking.
The development won Gold at the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards 2012 and Silver in 2013.
