The six-storey facility stands alongside Ninewells Hospital’s Clinical Research Centre, also constructed by the company.
The Translational Medical Research Centre at Ninewells Hospital aims to convert scientific and clinical research into new drug discoveries.
Constructed adjacent to the hospital’s Medical School, the six-storey facility provides 2,900m² of office and laboratory space and links with the Clinical Research Centre, also constructed by the company.
The building will act as the principal research hub of the Translational Medical Research Institute.
The latest in a series of contracts we have delivered at the university, the TMRC construction team also built the neighbouring five-storey Clinical Research Centre. Previous projects include construction of the university’s Centre for Inter-Disciplinary Research.
