Acting as design & build contractor and investor, we are able to combine our risk management, financing, asset management and operating skills with our construction expertise.

We have extensive experience in delivering high quality schemes whether through the Private Finance Initiative (PFI), Public Private Partnership (PPP) Building Schools for the Future (BSF) or Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) procurement routes.

Projects also benefit from the long-term relationships we have built across the industry and the fact we can call on teams of specialists with a history of successfully working together.
